Vectren's energy delivery subsidiaries provide gas and/or electricity to more than one million customers in adjoining service territories that cover 74 counties in Indiana and west central Ohio. Vectren's nonutility subsidiaries and affiliates offer energy-related products and services to customers throughout the U.S. Vectren's nonutility group includes infrastructure services and energy services. These nonutility companies are Miller Pipeline Corporation, Minnesota Limited and Energy Systems Group. Vectren Corporation employs more than 1,800 people and 5,500 when including Vectren's nonutility companies.

Future focused
